THE FIRST EDITION

The first edition of SpicedBeats was set in an organic farm and orchard in Jaipur, bringing together organic farmers and chefs to create a farm-to-table culinary experience, as well as the traditional craftsmen, musicians, food cultures of Rajasthan.

Woven around the occasion of Holi, the festival featured the traditional Chang Dance from Shekhawati region of Rajasthan - a celebratory dance form that is performed at Holi all around the region by locals. This was complemented by Holi Special menus by traditional chefs and a women-in-food community kitchen.
